SHIPPING
All items are mostly in stock and shipped the same or
next business day.
Some items, i.e. radar antenna and radio antenna, are considered
oversized by the shipping companies. Therefore, the shipping charges are not
based on their physical weight, but are charged based on their oversized
dimensional weight.
If ordering multiple items, we will always combine them into
the least number of shipping cartons, if possible, based on shippers size and
weight restrictions.
We use UPS for our default shipper. We may substitute another
if the rates are lower for the same service. We will adjust your order
accordingly. All shipments carry insurance as provided by the shipper.
If paying by money order or cashier's check, shipping will
be held until received and it clears our bank.
For deliveries outside of the 'USA lower 48', please contact
us with your city and Postal Code for the current shipping rates.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your merchandise carton arrives damaged, please have the
carrier driver make a note prior to your signing for the package.
Then, contact us for information on how to handle this unfortunate damage.
RETURNS
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.
Return Authorization numbers are required on all returned items
within 7 days of receipt. Items over 7 days are to be returned directly
to the manufacture for repair, if defective. Returns over 7 days will not
be accepted.
All returned units must be complete, in undamaged factory
packaging, and with all the original warranty paperwork not filled in or
marked in any way.
All units requiring Service, either warranty or otherwise,
must be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
- The RMA# must be clearly written and be made visible on the outside of the
shipping box. All returns must be issued a return number, no credit will be
issued unless a return number is given.
- Do not write or apply any shipping labels directly on the manufacturer's
packaging. Box all returns in an appropriate outer shipping box. DO NOT
EVER WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX!!! No credit will be issued.
- All items must be returned in the condition it was sold, all original
packaging and paperwork must be included for full credit.
- The condition of the return must match with the reason given for the
return. If the condition of the unit and the reason for the return do not
coincide, a 15% minimum restocking fee will be applied or the unit will be
returned to sender.
- Please make sure that all of the factory packaging is intact and all
the original components are included.
In summary, we ask that your return be in a condition to be able to resell it
to someone else, and that you return it in a condition that would be
acceptable to you if you bought it.
WARRANTY
All units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise,
must be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer, or their
authorized repair facility.
